Perilous Times
-In Greek, Perilous Times is translated to, Epikindynos or Chalepos.
-Perilous comes from the Latin word Periculum, meaning dangerous.
Perilous, in a biblical sense, means dangerous, hazardous, or risky. It may cause harm or loss unless dealt with carefully.
-2 Timothy 3:1-7 KJV says, "This know also, that in the last days, perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of them own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy. Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good. Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than the lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such a turn away. For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lust. Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of truth."
-Brothers and sisters in Christ, we must be careful in these times for deception is at an all-time high. Be sure that you are being led by the Holy Ghost and not people.
