The Good Shepherd and The Hireling
-"The Good Sheperd" in Greek is translated to Poimen Kalos.
-"Hireling" in Greek is translated to Misthoforos.
-The definition of a good shepherd is Jesus.
-A Shepherd has to have a spirit given desire to serve God, overseeing training, and caring for the needs of others. (Ref: Jeremiah 3;15)
-Characteristics of a hireling are always asking for money, build churches for money, and help around the church for money.
-John 10:11-15 KJV says, "I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep. But he that is the hireling, and not the shepherd, who's own the sheep are not, see the wolf coming, and leave the sheep, and flee; and the wolf catch them, and scare the sheep. The hireling flees, because he is a hireling, and care not for the sheep. I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine. As the Father know me, even so I know the Father; and lay down my life for the sheep."
